About Sundrop Studios Earrings

Are all your earrings sold as pairs?

Yes! All of our earrings are sold in pairs, with the exception of our bundle builders where we sell multiple pairs together so you can mix and match designs!

Are your earrings heavy?

Despite their fabulous designs they are lightweight as they are made with acrylic, making them comfortable to wear throughout the day.

For reference, our heaviest earring is 8.5g per ear and our lightest is 0.9g per ear.

Which makes most of our earrings lighter than a 1p coin! (A 1p coin weighs 3.56g)

What materials are your earrings made from?

All of our earrings are made from acrylic with stainless steel components. The majority of our hoops are silver plated with the exception of our Polaroid earrings which have stainless steel hoops.

Care instructions: How to look after your earrings

Avoid using alcoholic based cleaning products on acrylic pieces as this can cause damage to the material.

It's best to store your jewellery in a cool and dry place and remove before sleeping, showering and exercising.

Please use a soft dry cloth such as a microfiber cloth to clean acrylic pieces and metal components.

An item is sold out, will you restock?

Any items with the “Limited run” badge will unlikely be making a return (but you never know!) or restocked at this time.

If the product does not have this badge then yes! It will be making its return as soon as we get the materials.

My earrings look slightly different to the photos?

When cutting our earrings we use a large sheet of acrylic. Depending on the material, it may mean that you get a slightly different pattern to what is shown in the photos.

Earrings using un-patterned materials will look exactly the same as the images shown.

Iridescent earrings change colour depending on the angle you are viewing them from and how the light is hitting them.

Shipping & Returns

How can I track my order?

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking code.

The courier (Royal Mail/Evri) will also send you shipping updates via email as it progresses towards you.

We highly recommend getting the Royal Mail app to put your tracking code in as it stores your tracking information much longer than their website.

What is your shipping policy?

All UK orders are shipped with tracking information via Royal Mail. A notice will be sent to you via email once your item has shipped. Tracking information will be sent separately by Royal Mail via email after dispatch. As we use Tracked 24/48 for all UK orders it should take 1-2 business days for deliveries in most cases depending on Royal Mail. Please note orders in the UK may be subject to courier delays.

Standard international shipping takes approximately 11 business days via Evri. We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if an order is refused. Please note orders shipping outside of the UK may be subject to courier and/or customs delays.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to Royal Mail or Evri. We are not responsible for packages once they have been dispatched. All orders will have tracking information for your records.

Please always double and triple check your address is correct at the time of ordering. We are NOT responsible for a package that has been delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect information. If you have noticed that the address for delivery is incorrect please contact us via email at admin@sundrop.studio immediately as we may be able to amend the address if the item has not been shipped.

How fast can I expect for my order to arrive?

Please allow 1-5 business days before orders are dispatched as all of our products are made to order!

Whatever shipping method you choose on check out will dictate how long it takes for the order to arrive after dispatch.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to your order especially once an order has been shipped. If you have noticed that the delivery address is incorrect please get in touch with us immediately via email at admin@sundrop.studio.

What is your return & exchange policy?

You can always contact us for any questions at admin@sundrop.studio.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, send pictures of the damage or issue to admin@sundrop.studio we will issue a refund or replacement on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to not issue you a refund or replacement.

We will not issue a refund or replacement without photographic proof of the damage. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges/Returns
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns/exchanges on any items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your case and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@sundrop.studio.

My earrings arrived damaged

If an item arrives damaged in the mail please contact us via email at admin@sundrop.studio with photos of the damaged earrings and we will issue a refund or replacement on a case by case basis.

We will not issue a refund or replacement without photographic proof of the damage. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

All sales are final.

It won't let me select my country as a shipping option

We are limited by what Shopify offers, this does cover most countries.

If you have any issues please reach out to admin@sundrop.studio and we will offer an alternative solution so that you can get your earrings!

Including card payments, PayPal, Klarna and even Google or Apple Pay!

I’ve placed an order but forgot to use my discount code

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to manually add a discount code, however the code may still be used for a future order (unless stated otherwise).

As long as you are not selling replicas of our earrings, please feel free to use our earrings for any outfit and any content at no cost for doing so.
